Claim Rangers Public Adjusters is a full service public adjusting firm. We assist policy holder get a fair settlement on their insurance claims. Most people feel very vulnerable when dealing with their insurance company after they have gone through loss to their property. The have had promises made that they were in good hands, and like a good neighbor their insurance company will take care of them because they were on their side. While these slogans are great for selling insurance it often does not carry over to the claims settlement process. Carriers will often use so called claims settlement guidelines that were never mentioned in when they sold you the policy and are never mentioned in the policy either. Claim Rangers ensures that your policy is properly followed and that these bullying tactics are not effectivly used against you during the claims process. If your claim has been wrongfully denied or severly underpaid you have come to the right place for help.

Matthew Jenson-President & CEO
Matthew Jenson is a fierce advocate for policyholders. He currently is serving and the Chairman Board at the Utah Policy Holder Initiative a nonprofit organization focused on protecting policyholders and developing fair claim settlement practices.  Matthew has worked in various areas of insurance.  He has worked for insurance companies as both an agent and an independent adjuster.  He now works as a public adjuster representing policyholders on their insurance claims.  He helps policyholders through the entire claims process from filing the claim, writing fair and accurate estimates, negotiating with the insurance company's adjusters, and assisting with dispute resolution if needed.  During his time as an adjuster, Matthew has traveled from coast to coast and has seen firsthand the devastation from the severe weather and natural disasters. He has been there on the ground helping those that have been directly affected by hurricanes, flooding, earthquakes, and hail.  He has helped thousands of policyholders with damages from hurricane-force winds to some of the worst hailstorms in history. He has an undying dedication to protect the insured and make sure they are made whole from their losses. As the chairman of the board at Utah Policyholder Initiative, Matthew strives to make sure there is a fair and balanced approach to claims settlements and there is a voice for the little guy. He believes that promises made should be promises kept. Matthew and his wife Diana live in Payson Utah and are the parents of 4 awesome kids.

Captain Jordan Woods-Structural Engineer- Public Adjuster

Jordan Woods joined our team in early 2021 and brings a lot of experience in engineering, construction, and damage assessments. He is very passionate about serving his community and family and works hard to help our clients throughout the entire claims process. Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Utah State University (2014) and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville (2018). Jordan entered the Air Force as an active-duty Civil Engineering officer in March 2015. He served on active duty until May 2021 until he transferred to the Utah Air National Guard. He is married and has three children.


Amber Anderson-Public Adjuster

Amber Anderson - Public Adjuster.

Amber joined the Claim Rangers team in October of 2021.  Amber is passionate about working hard for our clients, gaining their trust, and communicating with them through the process helping them get a fair and just settlement.

Amber has experience as a Human Resource Assistant Manager, a Deputy Sheriff for Utah County, and an Implementation Specialist, and she owns and operates a salon. Her work ethic and tenacity are attributes that were infused in her early in her life and have served her well. Her ability to find solutions advantageous to our clients has been greatly enhanced by an accumulation of experiences in prior service-oriented endeavors.

Born and raised in northern Montana, she loves the outdoors and stays active and engaged. She has 4 children that are the light of her life.


Adam Albright

Adam Albright - Public Adjuster.

Born and raised in Las Vegas Adam settled in Utah after graduating from college with an emphasis on business.  He has spent time in a number of industries and roles. He worked for 5 years gaining experience in the financial industry at Fidelity investments. As time went on, he found himself seeking the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the clients he helped. He left the corporate cubicles behind to seek new opportunities in the small business world. Building on his previous financial and insurance experience, Adam joined with Claim Rangers to help people with their insurance claims. Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids. When together they most often can be found playing games, cooking, or reading.


Brianna Little-Public Adjuster

Briana joined our team in 2021. She is very passionate about making the process weightless for our clients and getting them the claim settlement they deserve.

Briana has a background in construction, has countless hours of negotiating from door-to-door sales, and was a technician for smart home and security.

Briana grew up in the Yukon Territory and moved to the US in 2017. She and her husband live and travel around the country with their infant son.

I have additional years of experience in Project Management, Estimating, Sales & Customer Service. I will ensure that your claims are handled with professionalism, outstanding customer service, with accuracy, and efficiency that your clients deserve.

As an adjuster, I have found a fantastic platform to apply my professional experience, extensive skill base, and develop additional skills to meet the needs of both claimants and carriers. Applying professionalism and high customer service, sales and negotiation techniques are of the utmost importance to me, along with solid ethics & integrity in all matters.

My background includes, but not limited to; Project & Business Management, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Accounting, Training, Engineering, Design, Legal, Negotiation, Sales & Customer Service. I am driven to succeed, and continually pushing myself to excel, grow and learn, I am capable of physical, mental, and the emotional strains, with the intensity of adjusting. I am ready for Immediate Deployment, and have the mandatory equipment needed (Auto, Laptop, Internet Connectivity).
